PAYMENTS
For On-Line Sales we accept VISA & MasterCard. For customers with approved credit we also accept Purchase Orders. A monthly interest charge of 2% will be added to overdue accounts. A $20.00 service charge for NSF cheques.

WARRANTY
All cable and connector products on this price list have a lifetime replacement warranty on materials and workmanship. Switchboxes have a one Year warranty.

RETURNS
NO RETURNS ACCEPTED ON CUSTOM PRODUCTS; All returns must have an RA number issued by eCablesEtc.COM and be shipped prepaid. Goods must be in original packaging in resaleable condition. Any defective product will be replaced. A restocking fee of 20% will be applied on non-defective products.
